Is Tutoring only done online?
No, tutoring is available both online and offline. Currently, isiXhosa lessons are offered online, while physical lessons are available only for students located in East London. For Math and Physics, tutoring is exclusively offered online.
Do you cater just for South Africa?
No, we do not cater only for South Africa. While isiXhosa lessons are currently available physically in East London, we offer isiXhosa, Math, and Science tutoring online, which means students from anywhere in the world can access these lessons.
What subjects do you specialize in?
We specialize in conversational and curriculum-based isiXhosa, tailored for medical professionals, professionals, and students alike. Additionally, we offer Math and Science tutoring up to the Grade 12 level, including exam revision and preparation.
What payment options do I have?
You can pay for your booked session fees either as a one-time payment before starting your sessions, or opt for monthly payments for the sessions scheduled within a particular month Please note that proof of payment is required before lessons can begin.
Are prices the same for both online and offline classes?
Yes, our pricing is the same for both online and offline classes. However, please note that offline lessons are only available in East London, while online lessons are accessible to students globally.
What are your operating hours?
Our office is open from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. However, online tutoring sessions are available until 8:00 PM.
Is there a minimum number of lessons one can book?
Yes, we require a minimum of 1 hour per week to ensure lessons are effective. We understand that financial constraints may be a factor, but regular sessions are important for consistent progress.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
–48 hours or more before the scheduled start date: You will receive a full refund.
– 24-47 hours before the scheduled start date: You will receive a 50% refund.
– Less than 24 hours or within 7 calendar days of the scheduled start date: You will receive a 20% refund.
– More than 7 calendar days after the scheduled start date: No refund will be issued.
How do I pay?
You can pay securely at checkout using our payment gateway, which accepts VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. Alternatively, if you prefer to pay via EFT or direct deposit, simply select this option at checkout, and our business banking details will be provided. For payments using e-wallet, please contact our administrator for further instructions.
